Description
Apparatus composed of two types of element, one long and slender, recurved to reclined, nongeniculate, the other reclined, more or less geniculate. Cusp acostate in most elements, slightly twisted in some. Basal cavity subtriangular in lateral view, moderately deep. [Apparatus reconstruction: LINDSTROM, 1971, 1973; VAN MAMEL, 1974. VAN MAMEL referred three different types of nongen;cubte clements to the apparatus of D. arcuatus, but additional material is needed to confirm that reconstruction.]
